Discover the old Borgo di Cennina
A traditional stone farmhouse in Valdambra located at 500 m above sea level, surrounded by lush greenery. The property features a swimming pool and consists of three original, comfortable, and independent houses. It is situated next to the enchanting medieval village of Cennina, and offers breathtaking panoramic views.
History of Cennina
Cennina is a historic village whose roots date back to around 1000 B.C., when it was founded by the Etruscans and named after the Roman goddess, Accennina. Cennina is one of the most distinctive fortified villages in Tuscany, thanks to its unique structure and unmatched position. It is located atop one of the Chianti hills from which it has overlooked the whole Valdambra valley since the 13th century. During the Middle Ages, its strategic position marked the boundaries of several Tuscan dominions and witnessed many significant historical events.

A traditional farmhouse in Valdarno surrounded by nature, it is made of one spacious, comfortable and independent apartment with a beautiful pool. The house provides guests with a lovely garden where they can relax and savor the scent and the colors of the splendid Tuscany countryside.
History of Levane
Levane is a Tuscan town rich in history and serves as a key access point to the Bandella Naturalistic Oasis, reachable by crossing the River Arno at Acqua Borra. Acqua Borra, known for its iron-rich spring, is a place of both historical and natural interest. Here, “La Casa di Life” cultivates a variety of crops without the use of chemical treatments. Foremost among them are olive trees, which play a central role in our production of extra virgin olive oil. We also produce essential oils from rosemary, lavender, and Mentha piperita, extracted by steam distillation of their flowers and stems.
